Displaying or installing banners, flex boards, decorative arches, posters, etc. in public places, roads, footpaths, railings, centre medians, traffic islands, and other such locations is strictly prohibited.
Fine: ₹5,000/-
A fine of ₹5,000/- will be imposed for each unauthorized board/display installed.
In addition, legal action will be initiated. The expenses incurred for removing such boards/displays will also be recovered from the offenders. FIRs will be registered with the police, and prosecution proceedings will be initiated against those responsible.
Everyone is requested to cooperate...!
